• Managed the performance of availability maintenance and modernization planning process to ensure all proper administration, planning, scheduling and budgets obligations were met • Responsible for submitting all required monthly CDRL reports to the SURFMEPP, CNRMC, PCO, COR and ACOR• Synchronized resources throughout QED for effective scheduling and planning processes. QED’s LPD/LSD $50 million dollar IDIQ/Firm Fixed Price contract• Developed and executed all training of Joint Fleet Maintenance manual compliant ship checks with QED personnel, SURFMEPP, and all repair maintenance centers.• Coordinated all travel for CONUS and OCONUS ship checks to validate Work Notifications submitted by the Port Engineer and Project Managers for availabilities, including verification of the accuracy and completeness of the work described, applicable allowance parts list, material required and any shipboard interference

• Directed four production supervisors, five work center leaders and a supply division for a total of 61 technical and tradesman personnel in the planning, executing, production control, quality assurance and completion of thousands of work request services, and in measures to deliver cost savings to the Navy of millions of dollars in contracting expenses through effective utilization of on-hand resources. • Developed and managed all standard operating procedures throughout Hampton Roads Area for all Port Operations floating asset. • Managed depot level maintenance, repairs and overhaul programs for 600+ floating assets supporting four distinctNaval Installations. • Led the joint effort of five Contracting Officers, eight Security Officers, and 48 security personnel in initiating $8.2 million dollar Firm Fixed Price contracts to enhance port readiness. Managed a $1.1 million Security Boat Maintenance Program annual budget for 16 craft across 3 Naval Stations.• Coordinated with Combat Craft Department to ensure policy, procedure development, audits and validation were in compliance of all Hampton Roads Area Navy Installations for small boats. Managed the inventory, custody changes, boat allowances and disposal for all Hampton Roads Naval Installations.
