Responsible for tax financial commitments during month-end close.β€’ I ensured the KPIs above target (RFT 99%, DOT 99%) β€’ I designed and documented around 150 controls checks for 12 sites creating a strong manager checklist to be executed during the tax validations.β€’ I saved around 540 yearly working hours by automated 326 tax checks with a pre-closing tool development equivalent to ~ USD 6.9M annual cost saving.β€’ I designed a backup plan with the objective of creating E2E knowledge across the analyst and stability in tax operation.β€’ I led 31 improvements during the years 2020/2021 properly tested and implemented, for example in one improvement I decreased from 8.2K to 15 errors per month.β€’ I collaborated with a Pis Cofins project in 2019, it was reported a lack of standard procedure to reconcile the PIS COFINS accounts and an amount of risk of ~ USD 2.8M, calculated for 36 PIS COFINS accounts. As part of my analysis identification opportunities in fiscal credit, I have identified ~ USD 1.1M of extemporaneous credit to reduce the negative impact on the P&L account.
