As a co-owner, I am responsible for financials, staff, stock deals, licenses etc. My primary focus is still my current job.

Responsible for Front of House relations, customer interactions, dealing with staff and issues within the business. Marketing and entertainment. An incredibly busy restaurant/bar in the heart of Johannesburg. Organising large quantities of groups and events at Streetbar- including DJs and multiple events within the LGBQT+ Community.

Ordering stock, stock take, stock control, back of house responsibilities included maintaining kitchen and food control. Hiring staff and looking after staff. As a manager I was also dealing with customers and reps as well as suppliers on a day to day basis. Opening and locking up shop as well as financial matters within the business. Lucio’s is also a restaurant that has been open since 1987. A restaurant with high standards and a valuable reputation.

Responsible for setup of Events, Staff, and controlling the flow of the event. Converse Get Dirty Party in June 2013, was an event with thousands of people. The entire bar setup was put together and managed by me. This including stock, staff and bar.

Responsible for arranging events, ordering stock, controlling the event and consumer issues.

Responsible for upkeep of bar, staff as well as events.
