This is particularly true for BIPOC and others from historically marginalized communities. My expertise in both published research and client work is DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), especially as it relates to pay equity, career equity, adverse impact, and cognitive ability tests. As a proud Orthodox Jew, I believe this passion for DEI work stems from the G-d given obligation to be "a light unto the nations", and just a general desire to make the world a better place.I am part of such an amazing team at Mercer, and take a lot of pleasure in improving my project management and people management skills. Having an impact on the career trajectory of the great analysts we have brings me real joy, as does delivering phenomenal work to clients. My passion for learning more about DEI also pushed me to step up and co-lead, for 3 years, the DC chapter of Mercer's Racial and Ethnic Diversity (R&ED) business resource group (BRG).
