The Operational Director position integrates operational support offices with service office operations. This includes setting operational standards based on changes to laws, policies, and market fluctuations, mentoring and training, development and management of innovation teams, and acquisition support.

The function of the Director for BAYADA is to share full management responsibility for the office operations and funtions, including all client service and employee matters. It is also the job of Director to monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by the office and field staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction while establishing BAYADA as the home care provider and employer of choice. This is achieved through adequate staff education, training and evaluation, while hiring, developing, and supervising high potential office employees. The Director is also responsible for fiscal management of the office.

The Client Services Manager position is focused on case management and support for clients and employees. The CSM is responsible for growing the business by establishing relationships with clients and referral sources in the service area. Other responsibilities include: fiscal management of caseload, judgement and discretion to effectively schedule staff, coordinate client services, and participate in recruitment of field staff.

The Recruiting Manager position at BAYADA focuses on the recruitment and retention of field staff. This includes conducting prospect calls, interviews, and orientation for field staff, while maintaining compliance with state and company regulations, policies, and procudures.

The Associate Leadership Development Program at BAYADA is geared towards establishing a foundation of the organization's business processes while gaining a perspective on multiple office functions within BAYADA. This program gives the associate a 6 month rotation throughout 2-3 offices to develop skills necessary to become a Client Services Manager and/or Recruitment Manager. The goal after the rotation is that the associate has a full understanding of the office operations, in order to become a future leader within the company.
