Jonathan is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in New York. He is a member of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. He has extensive experience advising companies, equity sponsors, senior lenders and bondholders on restructuring transactions both in Chapter 11 and out-of-court situations. In addition to advising clients on recapitalization and restructuring services, Jonathan has extensive experience working with companies and equity sponsors on raising debt capital (leveraged loans, high yield bonds and mezzanine financing) and pursuing merger and acquisition transactions. He has experience in a variety of industries, including general industrials, healthcare, media and communications, consumer, retail, restaurants, trucking, specialty finance and business services.
