Monitored and directed the quality control of the unitized panels on the shop floor while maintaining a steady flow of materials. Additionally, I oversaw the set up a new 125,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility to construct panelized wall components for a new project at Cornell NYC Tech. At the time of this writing it is the largest passive house project in the world. As the point person for this task I managed property evaluation and survey, fit - out including demolition and new construction, material ordering and staging, facility services, lease agreement coordination , facility maintenance and finally panel fabrication.
