I specialise in Finance Litigation and am a Partner at Shoosmiths LLP.I primarily act on behalf of a wide range of asset finance clients on recoveries and litigation work. My work involves progressing return of goods claims, breach of contract claims, breach of guarantee claims, breach of warranty claims and claims in conversion / the wrongful interference with goods. I have a particular specialism in obtaining 'interim delivery up orders' which are a form of injunction used to recover goods quickly. I also assist clients with the enforcement of money judgments in England and abroad.I am judged by my clients on the value of the assets recovered, plus money recovered, less legal spend. It is very important therefore that cases are dealt with commercially and in a timely fashion to maximise returns.
