Operations Supervisor
CurrentHere in this role, I am responsible for managing the driver debrief process regarding all routes aimed at ensuring proper documentation for each customer transaction. I execute remarkable efficiency in maintaining a high standard of customer service as measured by key metrics, such as on-time, no missed stops, and loyalty. One of my key responsibility is to monitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance of daily operations with defined policies / procedures. actively served as a liaison between customer, operations, CSRs, and support team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
