• Reporting to Value Partners’ Group Chief Operating Officer • Running the group’s back offices across multiple functions: - Fund operations (20+ team members), covering fund administration and valuation, settlement, investors servicing, and overseeing functions outsourced to fund administrators and custodians - Information technology (20+ team members), supporting in-house developed as well as vendor systems, network infrastructure and market data sourcing - Performance measurement (2 team members), producing regular performance attributions, peer group comparison analysis, GIPS compliance• Set up and now overseeing the infrastructure of the group’s Private Fund Manager (PFM) and private equity WFOEs in Mainland China, working on Mutual Recognition of Funds (MRF) applications• Exercising corporate governance via memberships in the group's risk management committee and valuation committee; board of directors of group subsidiaries and funds managed by the group

• Reporting to the Asia Head of Fund Services, and managing a department of 100+ client facing executives and fund accountants• Developing and delivering fund administration and custodian solutions for hedge fund and private equity fund managers in the Asia Pacific region • Acting as the primary relationship contact person for key clients, internally managing service delivery form multiple divisions within the custodian bank• Chairing the Pricing and Valuation Committee, which is responsible for overseeing and managing pricing and valuation risks • Contributing and participating in clients RFPs and clients due diligence visits
