Boulder is a multi-year commercial O&M contract for a proprietary customer located in the Northern Virginia area. Responsible for the technical write-up as part of the proposal given my past experiences in project management and facility construction. Manage a team of 10 employees whom execute the day to day tasks for the customer on-site. Coordinate and communicate with the customer weekly regarding program execution, financial obligations and overall facility readiness.Recently awarded another commercial contract due to our execution on the Boulder program. The program name is Lyra. This was a great example of "growth through execution" as the relationships and trust built on Boulder provided as a great reference and overall differentiator in our award of the Lyra program. Lyra is another multi-year commercial O&M contract with a proprietary customer that will require 12+ FTEs to run it and execute the program.

Created a PM training program for the customer's site computing system that required all project data to be logged into.
