I will be working with the VaaS team (Vison as a system) at GM to help implement and configure the Cimplicity and other IT software to work with the new system VaaS.

I worked on IT deployment of various software systems in the GPM&C team. This included deploying various versions of Cimplicity and Cimplicity based applications. As an IT Intern, I assist new hires by setting-up new and used computers and installing necessary software.My duties comprises of diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues by collaborating with IT help desk team. I am assigned with the task of facilitating IT team in repairing Dell and Lenovo Laptops, along with maintenance of IT inventory.Some of my key achievements for this role are as follows:• Saved 2-3 laptops a week by calling in repairs.• Setup about 5 computers in 3 hours and resolved about 8 tickets in about 20hrs.

I tutored math and physics for chandler community college. I tutored for calculus 1, 2, & 3 as well as university physics 1, & 2. I also helped out students that had computer science questions on their coding projects. I tutored students that had questions about excel and desmos as well.
