Jonathan’s role was to build customer and business relationships, gather requirements, produce proposals, and to project manage the successful delivery of the client’s software solution. To achieve this requires a can do, creative approach and management of a virtual project team based in the UK, American and Indian. One project was to provide a fine art shipping agent quote system for Sotheby’s, accessed via the Internet. This was highly successful, allowing Sotheby’s staff to give a customer an instant quote.
