Leading the technical direction and product & growth strategy for PMT Security's line of Access Control, Video Management and supporting products, including Biometrics, Video Analytics and Visitor Management solutions.

Strategic role responsible for the growth, profitability, and ultimate success of InVue's access control product platform.Collaborate with new and existing Retail & Critical Infrastructure-access control customers, InVue’s global sales team, regional marketing managers and corporate innovation team to create and manage Access Control hardware-software product roadmaps, develop, and gain approval for new product requirements and business plans, and lead the organization in the commercialization of these products.

Oversee and supervise the Technical Solutions team across the United States and Canada. Assist the Technical Solution Managers with scoping and process oversight for complex enterprise software sales. Responsible for reporting to QS/HID Executive Management.Liaise with the Product Management and Engineering teams regarding the product roadmap and competitive landscape. Work with executive management with regards to strategic planning for expansion within specific regions and vertical markets. Responsible for hiring and termination of personnel within the Technical Solutions team. Responsible for pre-sales process improvements such as the standardization and improvement of Proposal Templates, Business Case Justifications and other documentation.

Responsible for pre-sales support and solution design for Quantum Secure’s SAFE Physical Identity and Access Management Solution. Provided product demonstrations, responded to RFx’s, managed Proof of Concept scoping and delivery, conducted technical/scoping workshops, and managed all technical aspects of the pre-sales lifecycle. Provided detailed pricing proposals to customers, with associated Business Case Justification and ROI analysis for the implementation of the solution.

Responsible for the P&L of Amano McGann’s Security Division. Liaised with upper management to set the annual budget and financial plan for the Security Division. Developed and maintained business plans. Responsible for the entire operations of the Security Division including inventory management, purchasing, shipping, invoicing and receivables. Assisted with large enterprise sales from a technical perspective, producing wiring diagrams/site drawings and providing general pre-sales technical assistance.
