I am an experienced environmental professional, specialising in: project management, flood risk, hydrological and land conditions assessments of large and small scale developments.During my career I have worked on a range of development schemes establishing a reputation for providing commercially focussed environmental support on Town and Country Planning Act applications and Development Consent Order throughout the UK, as well as oversea. I provide clients with support from the outset with pre-acquisition due diligence advice identifying potential hydrological constraints, producing tailored drainage and flood risk resilience/resistance solutions coupled with consultation support to address complex hydrological issues, aiding in realising development investment potential gaining planning permission on constrained sites. Notable project include; Hornsea Off-Shore wind farm Project One, Two and Three, South Hook CHP, Kemsley 3 and 4 DCO applications, FABLink interconnector project, RENescience Energy Plant in Lostock, Tetney Oil Pipeline replacement for Phillips 66, and a hydrology review to support the £52 billion Jumeira Gardens Masterplan in Dubai.
