• Defined best practice methodologies for integrating service offerings into operation deployment ensuring customer requirements are wholly achieved
• Prepared marketing and sales collateral including flyers, PR statements and articles and information brochures
• Attended Sales meetings to delivery pre-sales consultancy for Business Intelligence opportunities
• Negotiated Partner Program renewal with Business Objects including training packages and Systems Integrator opportunities
• Evaluated and selected preferred Business Intelligence solutions and packages to best fit corporate strategy. This included Oracle, SQL Server, Business Objects/Crystal Reports, Cognos, Hyperion, Informatica and Qlikview

• Primary Business Objects contact for the Company’s largest Retail customer developing and supporting a number of management information systems.
• Employed a broad cross section of skills including Business Objects Reporter, Designer and Broadcast Agent to XI R2, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL to 9i, Unix Shell Scripts, SQL Navigator, Test and Project Management.
• Project Management including the production and maintenance of Project Plans, Issues and Actions Log and Risk Logs.
