Currently working as an IT Engineer Level 2 manage as primary engineer for multiple clients, running technical projects, handling highest escalations, and helping to guide clients to the best solutions for their technical needs. I work with a staff of 40+ on a team of 7 to manage the 2000+ clients we work with. Previously worked as an Operations Manager at Tech Inc Solutions. I Work with 5 staff and helped manage 40 clients with over 2,000 employees. Handle between 60-80 calls per day and over 1,200 help tickets a month with any technical issues making sure to complete tasks quickly and effectively. Work with customers on-site solving issues and setting up equipment. Manage purchasing $30-$50k of equipment each month and handled shipments. I also have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in computer animation From Digital Media Arts College. Creative and hard working in IT with experience creating high quality character animations and experience with several different types of rigs.
