• Manage demand and supply planning, warehouse, distribution, dispatch, inventory management, logistics, data entry and customer service • Manage sales order book for multiple national warehouses, balance production with sales, organize transport as required, raise dispatch plans for warehouse forklift drivers and manage invoicing of stock • Balancing capacity planning with demand forecasting to ensure achievement of forecast production volumes and on-time delivery to optimise stock levels • Lean implementation, driving change and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise stock levels and improve recovery budgets • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems management • DIFOT - delivering and scheduling on-time and on-cost logistics services to external and internal customers across multiple national distribution centres and channels • Management of relationships with key customers and suppliers to foster their commitment to continuously improving business performance • Strategy development and people management, including influencing colleagues and staff to achieve superior results

Supervision of warehouse team including dispatch, forklift drivers, inbound/outbound operators, financial reporting, lean manufacturing processes and assist in site stock takes. Drive efficiencies within the warehouse to ensure delivery times are adhered to and a high level of service is maintained. Execute quality procedures ensuring accurate system control, documentation and physical isolation of all applicable inventories. Assist in the management of stock including ordering, returns, stock takes, stock rotation, damages, reconciling of stock variance analysis and consolidation of supporting documentation. Management of incoming/outgoing goods / checking for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Coordination of stock movement, order processing, inventory initiatives and placement within the warehouse to ensure best practice procedures are achieved. Development of a positive working environment through the fostering of a team-based approach to meeting the challenges of a dynamic working environment. Organisation of team members to ensure completion of daily tasks. Monitor warehouse facilities and ensure repairs, maintenance and housekeeping is well maintained. Ensure team targets are achieved, develop weekly operational plans and monitor KPI’s. Facilitation of safety and risk management systems.
