- Providing a consultative recruitment service to both candidates and clients- Conducting client visits, temp surgeries and service reviews- Completing business development calls to existing and potential clients- Organising and attending networking events- Develop and maintain a profitable client base through a proactive planned sales approach to current and prospective clients- Identify and develop further client opportunities through a strategic business plan - Attract and retain a pool of suitably qualified, quality candidates who have been assessed in accordance with Red Recruitment procedures- Maintain constant candidate and client care - Fully utilise all avenues of candidate attraction including networking / headhunting / referrals / job board advertising / job board database search
