Within this role I provided QA as a Software QA Tester for Wellbeing Software's software and medical reportingtechnology. This was a multifaceted role performing alpha and regression testing along with data analysis, utilising self built Agile JIRA test cycles and globalKanban environments. This role involved working within a small QA team of 3, alongside developers, query writers, project managersand technicians delivering encrypted Primary care data extraction from SystmOne TPP, EMIS, Vision and Microtest clinical systems toclients’ specifications. Utilisation of JIRA/zephyr, Postgres, SQL Server, AWS, VMWare vsphere/workstation Pro, Winmerge, SQL.net.RDP, SFTP.

Within this role I provided support for Wellbeing’s medical data extraction services to clients. This involves extracting primary care datafrom clinical systems such as EMIS and SystmOne. This is a multifaceted role which includes installation and setup of sites to extractdata over networks establishing remote sessions via RDP/Logmein, including multi site server setups utilising SQL Server and SQLSuite, problem solving and providing solutions to overcome technical barriers to extracting data, running of reports and uploading datavia SFTP to clients, project management, working with clients and a strong ability to integrate within various teams.

In this role I provided technical support to business customers with queries relating to PayPal website Integration, HTML coding, payment solutions, API access, desktop support and device troubleshooting This role aims at resolving customers’ issues on first contact with logging, ticketing and escalation of incidents if needed, including collaborating with the team to come to resolutions.

Helpdesk support based role working on the company’s PayPal contract, assisting and supporting customers through telephone and email correspondence. The requirements for this role included excellent communication skills, strong customer rapport and good team working ability.

Duties included teaching and supporting students at levels 1-5 within Further and Higher Education as a trainee teacher. Taught subjects included audio recording engineering and technology, live sound engineering, audio software training, Apple Logic Pro training course and music business. This role also required me to work closely within the teaching team at the college.

This role existed within a fast paced working environment, where customers expect fast and efficient service.
