I enjoy all aspects of engineering design across a range of disciplines. With a decade of work experience, I have been involved in a wide variety of complex and small projects, from assisting in the design and testing of a new 7 seater helicopter in Switzerland, to circuit board layout and the simulation and testing of landmine blast protection concepts.I particularly enjoy setting up and running engineering tests, whether it be in a wind tunnel, laboratory, airfield or on an explosives test range. Some of my primary interests in the aerospace field include:Conceptual designDesign for manufactureStress analysisDesign optimisationAircraft performance estimationFlight testingComponent testingComposites
