Security Officer
CurrentLeaving the military service, after nearly five years in the profession of security through the combat arms infantry. Performed various security missions overseas as well as daily operations of accountability with personnel, equipment, and operation planning as a noncomissioned officer. Served as a first line supervisor for two years managed ten professional infantrymen. My responsibilities as a leader included creating schedules for training and development. Enforcing established standards of conduct which consisted of mentoring, counseling, and coaching teams. Able to monitor, record and write detailed reports of occurrences.Performing in the civilian field of security, my duties varied from stationary post with constant reports on Excel, to mobile patrol where I checked on other guards to ensure quality control and responded to alarms at various places. Worked with a small team of other guards as well as the general public in a professional environment.
