I currently maintain and oversee the technology needs for Gulfport High School and The Learning Center. I troubleshoot and repair over 250 Windows computers, 100 Apple devices, and over 2,000 Chromebooks across the campuses. I am also the Apple Administrator for all Apple devices in the district (approx. 300) and the Google Administrator for all district Chromebooks (approx. 10,000). I assist testing coordinators with implementing all state and district required assessments. I also assist the network engineers with web filter changes, wireless network consoles, and security cameras/devices.

I maintained and repaired computers for more than 500 users across nine offices in Mississippi and in Mobile, AL. My daily responsibilities included imaging computers, routing faxes through an internal fax system, assigning other IT staff tickets for user assistance, solving computer hardware and software issues, and unlocking user server accounts. I also maintained all Apple products and assisted in all cell phone issues which included Blackberry, Android, and iOS products.

I oversaw the technology needs and issues for nine schools with over 2,000 computers in Hinds County, including networking and resolving hardware and software concerns. I also aided in implementing new technology into the school system to further media and technology growth in the classrooms.
