• During my time with the airline, I held management positions in Strategy and Network Development and was an internal Operational Research consultant to the Airport Operations and Alliances / Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Modelling the revenue implications of purchasing smaller aircraft, contributing to a decision to shrink BA capacity by 12% and influencing a £2 billion fleet order.
• Developed a methodology for estimating the financial benefits from potential alliances, which was used on a number of alliance evaluations.
• Led the development of new financial measures, including better segmentation of BA’s financial performance and promoting the introduction of CVA measures.
