We created custom salon and spa build-outs and renovations.Successfully sold company to largest customer (2004-2006). ♦ Chief Operating Officer (2001-2003) for advanced battery technology company. Negotiated debt restructuring and moved business (Ener1) from Italy to United States (Ft Lauderdale).♦ Hired as interim CFO to evaluate web development company (Virtacon 2000-2001) accounting and revenue recognition and determine if turn around was possible. Recommended shut down of business. Worked with Deutsche Bank who had large stake in company.

Market capitalization in excess of $600 million.Joined organization in pre-IPO start-up stage tasked with design and launch of infrastructure for accounting, finance and loan servicing business units. Oversaw activities of 50-person operation through direct management of CIO, Director of Structured Finance, Treasurer, Controller, Director of Strategic Planning, Director of Taxation, and Director of Investor Relations.
