Financial Institutions and Corporates debt capital markets originator for the Australian and New Zealand regions

- Debt capital markets originator covering Northern European, Swiss, German and Austrian bank and insurance clients

- Treasury lead in the Brexit project for the Group- Support the banking licence process by leading the drafting for the new subsidiary’s ILAAP and ICAAP - Lead the development of a new collateral management process for the new subsidiary- Lead the credit rating assignment process with the rating agencies for the new subsidiary - Lead the development and approval of key policies and procedures for the new subsidiary

- Maintained, embedded and refined the capital allocation framework - Coordinated quarterly allocated capital forecasting processes, ensuring consistency with the balance sheet forecasts, capital adequacy forecast and transfer pricing forecast- Provided analytics and tools to measure capital generation at the WBC Group, divisional and portfolio levels- Developed and implemented a standardised framework to measure return on regulatory capital, economic capital, and tangible equity at the product level to assist strategic decisions

- Supervised one of the major advanced banks in the Australian financial system- Provided qualitative and quantitative analysis on the supervised bank across several key areas , which include: strategy, governance framework, financial performance, credit risk, market risk (traded and non-traded), operational risk, liquidity risk, IT risk and capital- Provided recommendations on areas of improvement/enhancement to senior management for the purpose of strengthening the bank’s overall risk framework, systems and infrastructure
