Managing more than 1,000 volunteers from United Kingdom and Tanzania in implementations of the mentioned projects.Organising and facilitating the training to volunteers before their placements.Providing pastoral support to volunteers in their day to day life in the implementing communities.Organising, train and supervising safeguarding in overall projects.Conducting projects aftercare visits to the areas of implementations.Managing volunteers database for more support.Supporting internal and external projects evaluations.
