Acting as a go-between between shift manager and production. Working in production, still operating machines but with more responsibility as a point of contact with other departments, process quality, maintenance, material handling and generally being a support function for production so they can focus on producing as much material as possible while I try to sort everything else.Assisting Shift Manager and at times as acting Shift Manager. In my role I receive, controll quality and organize orders coming from the billet mill for further processing towards respective customer.
