Providing direct oversight of case setup department and product specialist department, a total of approx. 30 employees. As the Manager of Operations, responsibilities include creating and implementing updates to multiple areas of Operations. This includes training updates, documentation processes and other projects that will help strengthen the overall operations of the company. In addition, other responsibilities include working with Directors and C-suite executives in overseeing day to day operations, handling executive background screenings and ensuring company wide training compliance.

Responsibilities include the maintenance of the city parks and buildings. This includes landscaping and up keep of park equipment. Other responsibilities include working city sponsored events and making repairs to buildings and parks.

My responsibilities included filing paperwork, helping agents with different tasks throughout the office, and leading a special project. Some of the highlights from this experience include preparing for a large three day training program hosted by the National Training and Emergency Operations Branch. My tasks included preparation of paperwork for all of the agents, classroom set up and resetting parts of the training for each class section. My specific project that I was given during my internship period was a helmet acquisition program. I contacted numerous agencies for a sample helmet, conducted a test and evaluation with the help of other agents and presented my findings to the Special Agent in Charge.

My responsibilities included working on equipment, cutting grass using different pieces of equipment such as weed whackers, edgers and mowers. I also was required to paint, repair park equipment and do other landscaping such as planting and mulching.
