Experience in managing various Technology Transformation projects in across IT, Infrastructure, HR and Digital

Successfully applied for a Technology Graduate Scheme at Barclays GTIS in 2014• Started as a trainee Project Manager and in my first year took a project resource role performing weekly tasks and managing my own workstreams on two large technology transformation projects in Barclays (IP Telephony Roll-out / Corporate Smartphone Programme).• In my second year I managed two of my own Midrange infrastructure projects from inception through to completion, fully responsible for governance, finance, reporting, day to day running of the projects and their success. Each were delivered successfully in November 2016.• Took a leading role in multiple value add/citizenship driven activities in addition to my day to day role, including the creation and running of a brand new citizenship event - Project Tech, which introduces Project Management as a career choice to 15/16 year old's from local high schools.• The success I achieved on the Graduate scheme was recognised through being shortlisted as one of 3 finalists for a UK Entry Level Talent award in Barclays.

As part of my degree i had an Industrial Placement year in which i applied for a Learning Technologist role within the university i was attending.This involved working with lecturers and other members of teaching staff to increase the amount of technology they used in their teaching, it involved training and supporting staff, researching new forms of technology and also acting as a point of contact for staff to run their forward-thinking teaching ideas by, as my experiences of being an LJMU student became invaluable.I also attended and presented at the LJMU academic conference and an HEA (Higher Education Academy) conference at Warwick University, in front of a large number of academics.
