* Responsible for 12 senior instructors that trained of over 1000 Ranger Students annually in high risk military mountaineering operations such as lead climbing, rappelling, rope rescue system installation, and mountain casualty evacuation.* Identified, monitored and controlled safety risks during military mountaineering operations that resulted 0 significant safety incidents.* Created and implemented a training standardization program to certify new instructors.

* Senior Project Manager - developed and executed 50 Government contracts valued at $10m to support economic growth, job training and infrastructure improvement in Kirkuk Province, Iraq. * Project Manager of the Southern Kirkuk (Iraq) Civil Service Corps (CSC), a $4.3m project to engineer, design and build infrastructure projects and hire and train Iraqi citizens to promote economic growth. * The CSC Program was recognized as a "Best Practice" by Major General Hertling, Commander, Northern Iraq.

* Coordinate all resources for pre-deployment training for an 85 Soldier heavy weapons company. * Developed a company maintenance plan for over 30 vehicles and <500 weapons, optics, and sensitive items that supported 15 months of continuous combat operations. * Developed and executed the mobilization logistics and successfully transported 13 shipping containers of equipment valued at $20m to support combat operations in Iraq.* Led the Company during weapons qualification and pre-deployment training in Kuwait prior to mobilization to Iraq.
