I've been working with Texas Conference of Urban Counties (TechShare) as a software engineer since 2014. This has included work on a number of justice applications that are live in counties in Texas including TechShare.Prosecutor (Live in 8 counties), TechShare.IndigentDefense (Live in 12 counties), and TechShare.Defense.I've been a full stack developer on TechShare.IndigentDefense from day one with a team in an Agile environment using a decoupled RESTful API and an MVC UI layer. I developed document generation with custom county templates using iTexSharp, OpenXML, and Gembox. I am responsible for maintaining and updating our continuous integration pipeline of development, test, demo, and production servers and environments using Jenkins and Octopus Deploy.I've also worked on the TechShare.Prosecutor team as a full stack developer. I developed the architecture for Azure BLOB storage and file storage solutions for digital evidence utilizing dependency injection. I assisted with migrating this solution to Azure and developed Azure Active Directory authentication using OWIN. I am responsible for maintaining development, test, and production Government Azure web apps for Prosecutor, Law Enforcement Agency portal, Defense portal, Digital Evidence API, and Defense API.

I used POS software to help customers check out and handle returns. I also assisted customers in finding what they were looking for and handled general customer service.

I provided general customer service by assisting customers with returns, problems with the merchandise, and online or phone order complications. I also used UPS software for shipping and archiving shipments, and I assisted in training new employees on the use of this software, sales, and general store procedures.
