▪ Becoming a Realtor in 2006, with Re/Max Professionals East, I started listing model homes for Southampton and learned a great deal while being mentored by the Reuter Team. As time progressed, I utilized my license often for helping friends and family buy or sell homes, and started working at Coldwell Banker in 2009. ▪ Advertising Southampton I would list “to be built homes” in the MLS to attract new buyers and often would also use my license to help clients looking to build- purchase land. Advertise & sell properties through professional listing photos, drone photos, staging, write up and social media. ▪ Valuing property using real estate software and tax data for buyers and sellers became a passion of mine as the years progressed. Thriving & succeeding in a fast-paced changing business environment that challenges my problem-solving skills daily. ▪ Utilizing my construction background with buyers looking to update, tear down or add-on to existing homes for sale. ▪ Southampton specialized in building & remodeling luxury homes in northern Illinois since 1988, with a price point ranging from roughly $15,000 to $5,000,000.▪ Starting as an office intern in 2005, I was lucky enough to be mentored by the owner and given increasing levels of responsibility over 17 years of employment.▪ In 2008 I began to settle into a customer facing sales and project management role, which was a natural fit for my ENTJ personality. I also began to play a larger role in project quotation and online sales. I was tasked with modernizing the company online advertising strategy and website to reflect changing consumer habits as a result of smartphones and social media. ▪ Organize and lead an effective business environment on job sites and at meetings with clients, subcontractors or city officials. Applying with local building and zoning codes. Preparing applications for permits and organizing required inspections during the construction process.▪ Quoting new projects by soliciting bids from contractors and trade professionals. Microsoft Office responsibilities of writing & editing multiple page detailed construction contracts. Award contracts to chosen subcontractors and manage multiple concurrent jobs until completion. Collaborate daily with the general contractor to evaluate scheduled project timelines and adjust as necessary.
