Working alongside the Tutor Trust since its inception, providing pro bono financial advice and mentoring. Right at the start of the charity I collaborated with Nick Bent and Abigail Shapiro (Co Founders) to develop an initial 3 year business plan, which helped the charity successfully obtain its first round of charitable funding. Now as a Trustee and Board Director of Tutor Trust I continue to work alongside my other Trustees and senior management team, driving forward our aim to narrow the education attainment gap that exists in both primary and secondary for pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds in the North.
