I have worked in the HVAC industry for 9 years, ultimately gaining experience in commercial and residential service, installation, inspection, maintenance and trouble-shooting. I'm currently the owner and licence holder for Purity Air LLC. My roll: ensuring jobs are ready for install, completed, and billed. An important factor is my role in correspondence between the engineer on shop drawings and submittals, permitting department in various cities and their required conditions for permit packet, Notice to Owner documents and timing for legal compliance, organizing job priorities and directing crews of techs, monitoring vehicle tracking software to ensure techs are at proper locations, updating job posters with relevant information on safety and FLSA employee rights, submitting invoices to clients after meeting all specifications and observances on their purchase order and bid documents. 3) I also schedule inspections and revised as needed, ordered material ahead of time and worked with material vendors, metal sheet vendors, and equipment distributions accounts. 4) I also resolved field problems when techs were having difficulty on a service call or new install, to avoid waisted time and multiple trips.
