Lab Technician
Current•Performing testing on materials both manufactured in-house and materials purchased through vendors, to ensure the material conforms to the requirements of the part being manufactured.•Establishing working relationships with TSS employees and outside testing facilities to maintain our current rate of production.•Provide any specialty testing that may be required for a newly engineered material.•Performing quality assurance tests to ensure that production lots are within specification limits. These tests include Caustic fluid soaks, dry aging, fluid aging, horizontal burn testing, specific gravity, compression testing, burst testing of fabrics, adhesion testing, durometer testing, tensile/elongation testing.
