PROGRESS:Analyse Key Stage 3 data.Identify students who require interventions.Revisit intervention list after each data capture.Review impact of intervention undertaken over period of half term.Update key stage plan with revised actions and share with staff.Organise assessments in line with departmental assessment.QUALITY OF TEACHING AND LEARNING:Monitoring ( Learning walk and work scrutiny).Keep on track setting and quality of home learning (SMHW).Identify areas of strength and share best practice with team.Support appropriate areas which require development in conjunction with subject lead and T&L team.Monitor coverage and delivery of schemes of learning within relevant key stage.Undertake, with other members of maths team, moderation of assessments and classwork.LEADERSHIP:Regular update SEF in conjunction with subject lead.Run key stage sessions within departmental meetings.Be first point of contact for key stage matters.Organise and lead trips relevant to key stage.Meet regularly with subject lead.Write and implement action plans which include intervention.
