Quoting, Project Management and Commissioning are part of the engineering scope. I provide additional services to HR and the Integrated Communication Strategy of the marketing department.

Pro Mask SA was established in September 2015 under the directorship of brothers William and Jonathan Oldnall. The company aims to serve the powder-coating, electro-painting, dip bathing and surface finishing industries with high quality masking products.The company offers a wide range of products to satisfy common and immediate needs but also offers a R&D service to develop custom solutions in-house for unique masking geometries.

Time at Electro Sense ( later called Bright Black) was spent on the design and implementation of solar systems ranging from small residential solutions to large commercial installations. System design comprised of panel layouts, mounting structures, roof layout, electrical commissioning as well as solar optimization unique to each project.My time at Bright Black gave me large insight into the renewable energy sector developing skills and knowledge on various products among which include:Inverter systems, types and set-ups.Unique electrical design for high voltage DC systemsSolar-Log monitoring and reporting servicesIT sets ups for local and remote configurations and reporting on Solar Systems

Having successfully completed the Mongolian Charity Rally 2014, where I was a member in a team of 4 that delivered an ambulance to Mongolia from London, I am currently pursuing personal projects which engage in the solar industry. Myself and two friends are committed to giving basic power to those who do not have. Our projects are small and focused on mobile energy.

As part of the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship it was required to start and run a "business" for the year that sold a product that embraced the "Triple Bottom Line" of sustainability and that was new to South Africa.In our group of seven members with different backgrounds, we designed, developed, manufactured and sold a portable solar charger for smartphones and tablets. This product exposed us to the real time responsibilities and management of running a company. Having made use of a loan, the stress and pressure of making a success of the business exposed us to great lessons for achieving success. This opportunity has been excellent for developing my professional skills of business management and people management.

Thermopower Furnaces is a company that develops technology and custom designs furnaces for the heat and chemical treatment of a various materials. My time here involved steel work (welding, turning, grinding, and cutting) panel wiring, furnace wiring, and element design. I also experienced the commissioning of various plants involved in the "coking", "char", and mineral benefaction industries. Time in the office had me calculate various designs for tubes and drive shafts for furnaces. I was also trusted with financials to develop a spreadsheet for determining output goals to maximize company profits.

Teaching Assistant and “Stooge” at St George’s College in Surrey, England. Responsibilities included, coaching cricket, hockey and tennis as after school activities and Physical Education during school time to both junior and senior scholars. My duties also included a number of administrative tasks such as mailing, filing, receptionist, health and safety tasks and general ground maintenance. On my own account I also managed an indoor tennis facility twice a week having to collect court fees, make bookings and maintain the facility.
