•Conduct a materials inspection to confirm the product being delivered is as per specification and quality and raised a MIR(Material Inspection Report) to validate the material to be as per the requirement.•Carry out official inspections with the main contractor and/or consultant. To ensure that the installation of finished activities are compliance to Approved Drawings/Project Specification and in accordance with the ITP and Project Quality Plan, are ready for inspection once the inspection request is raised. •Preparing a Non-Conformity Reports or Glass Rejection Report for those products which are found to be non-conforming on the approved drawings and/or project specifications.•Preparing a QC Report on a weekly basis that contain detailed information of inspections and tests activities carried out for the week.•Reports directly to Project Manager/Operation Manager for the accomplishments, inspections and coordinated decisions on phasing and scheduling of the projects.•Carry out all installation activities in accordance with the approved method statements and safety plans. •Supervise the work operation in controlling labour and materials resources in a way as detailed under contract specifications and requirements. Laising closely with the main contractors and other related works contractors.

•Developed staffing plans, work schedules, budgets, and time lines•Scheduling programmes to execute jobs successfully within time frames by utilizing all possible resources in optimum way.•Implement Aluminium, Glazing and Curtain Wall works as per BOQ, Approved drawings and shop drawings•Coordinates with main contractor and consultant for the best outcome of the project•Reports directly to Project Manager and Site Manager for accomplishments, reports and coordinated decisions on phasing and scheduling of projects.
