Responsible for the financial leadership, financial management and financial strategy at British Athletics. Line reports of Finance and Governance, HR and Welfare, IT and Digital, Facilities, Health and Safety, Procurement and Clean Athletics. Key focus was increasing the commercial income streams, increasing operational efficiencies and driving down costs. British Athletics manages the development of Athletics from grass roots to podium. It also stages Diamond league and IAAF events such as the 2017 World Championships in London and instigated and staged the Athletics World Cup in 2018. Due to its success on and off the track, British Athletics occupies a global leadership position in the world of Athletics. The DP World Tour (Formerly The European Tour) is a commercial global membership body promoting and managing the affairs of professional tournament golfers. The Tour comprises 48 tournaments played in 28 different countries. Operates through a number of subsidiaries and joint ventures including TV and digital content production and distribution, staging of Ryder Cup and other tournaments, branded golf courses and real estate and golf course design.Provided the financial control and strategic financial direction that oversaw the transformation of the Tour from a £27 million turnover operation paying prize funds of €20 million to a global, highly diversified, range of entities with annual turnover of £168 million and prize funds of €166 million. Member of the Executive Leadership Team and liaising closely with the non-executive statutory player Board. Responsible for all financial matters including reporting, FP & A, statutory compliance, corporate governance, risk management, IT, procurement and mergers and acquisitions. The Ryder Cup is a substantial sporting event which transcends the world of golf with turnover of £100 million for each edition. The surplus generated is a key to achieving the financial objectives of the European Tour group. The Ryder Cup is also a significant driver of the wider commercial programme of the European Tour. Specifically responsible for the review and oversight of financial planning, key financial metrics, taxation, regulation and risk management. Advising on the commercial programme and management of partner stakeholders.

European Tour Productions is a joint venture between IMG Media and the European Tour which produces and globally distributes live television coverage of European Tour and Ryder Cup golf tournaments.

European Tour Properties comprise a licensed network of world class golf and real estate venues.

Through tournaments, players, staff , volunteers and fans the European Tour Foundation provides a vehicle for fundraising to make appositive impact in communities in which tournaments are played.
