Ten years public affairs experience lobbying government, Parliament and the EC. 15 years Board level experience with a large London Borough, English District and as head of policy at a County Council.In addition to this experience of all Government tiers I have depth in both corporate and frontline service delivery. I have led successful corporate improvement programmes, delivered front line savings and changed business culture. I am a Prince 2 project manager and have led programme offices and the delivery of multi-million pound projects.With a local government studies doctorate I am analytical, objective and like to challenge; as well as play my part in building excellent teams..
