Having spent more than 20 years in the food sector, the majority of them in leadership roles. I am a highly motivated and experienced individual. Initially employed on an hourly basis, then progressing via increasingly responsible leadership positions, I can relate to people at all organizational levels and can look at things from a variety of personal vantage points to achieve organizational change and goals. Experienced in achieving long-term improvements in safety, food safety, quality, and cost by emphasizing on developing dependable relationships, enforcing process discipline, motivating staff and holding them accountable, removing obstacles, overcoming resistance, and forging agreement.
