Provide internal consulting, strategy, and architect/create analytics tools and frameworks to provide quantitative leaps forward within Target's digital products and business units.Hypothesized, measured and analyzed critical registry "completeness" gaps, identifying a $15 million-dollar revenue opportunity. Created registry completeness metrics via Domo to provide insight into current gaps and measure effects of remediation tactics implemented.Designed and implemented a new and novel foundational framework for registry, resulting in a paradigm shift in strategy and metrics around the business. New model and tools allowed the business to both target key drivers of business and measure the impact of changes. Identified, engineered, and solved a critical measurement and analysis gap within registry and successfully lead efforts to capture the data and provide actionable analysis. Insights and data enabled the business to cut the out-of-stock rate by over 40%Developed and designed new registry testing and measurement framework to allow for proper store selection and significance testing in store registry tests which have multi-month omni-channel sales (not just store sales) associated with any given registry. New technique provides business ability to perform in-store registry tests and measure impact of test with statistical significant.Created transparency and accountability on marketing affiliates, enabling the business to eliminate 80% of affiliate creates which were low or zero dollar registries, saving more than $1M in annual affiliate costs.
