Successfully developed and started first of its first-of-its-kind workforce development pilot program that is currently being implemented. Developed initial partnership agreements with the State of Texas, Texas State University, Travis County, the City of Austin, Austin Independent School District, Austin Community College, The Make It Movement, Goodwill, the Texas Workforce Commission, and numerous other entities throughout Texas. Raise funds to help execute 46 county-wide councils to serve over 13,000 Girl Scouts. Successfully launched four fundraising events and raised over $ 230,000 to support general programming. The last major fundraiser more than doubled in attendance and funds raised.Funders include NXP, Cisco, the City of Austin, Google, HEB, Texas Instruments, I-Pex USA, the RJN group.Established governmental relations action plan and executed almost exclusively, coordinating nine separate governments to secure funds and support to help Girl Scouts expand its mission.Organized restructuring of major programs to guarantee future funding.Re-established participation in Amplify Austin after several years of being off the platform.

Fundraiser for the Austin Civic Orchestra. Organized and executed Amplify Austin campaign which was the most successful in ACO's history, beating the previous year by over $10,000. Successfully won grant from City of Austin that ensured ACO's functioning for the 2020/21 season during the COVID-19 crisis, as well as secured critical funding to support staff members during the COVID recession. Secured first corporate sponsor for ACO.

Worked to raise funds and awareness critical to stabilizing CARY's mission and allowing us to expand to serve more of our community's at-risk youth.Expanded social media outreach by 20%, created innovative fundraising programing, began partnerships with Facebook, Indeed, RideAustin, and other local corporations.
