Material Procurement/Purchasing:- Daily PO's of material for all on-going projects, lighting packages, fire alarms and gear packages- Solicit quotes for updated best cost- Track material deliveries and lead times- Claim management on returns and damaged materials- Invoice management for quality control and pricing- Submittal and scope review- PO log management, tracking and reconciliation- Project takeoffs for submittals, estimates, customer quotes, etc.- Develop relationships with new vendors and subcontractors for continued pricing efficiency- Rental equipment management, tracking and coordinationProject start-up/close-out/coordination:- Create, log and manage all submittals for upcoming and ongoing projects- Distribute and update all submittals, PR's, ASI's and addendums in the field and electronically for the office- Create hard-copy and digital O&M manuals- Create and manage warranties for all closing projects- Assist in scheduling owner training, commissioning and start-up- Track and turnover all owner stock- Update redlines/ as-builts from the field for all changes throughout the duration of project- Maintain and update all records for warranties, redlines and O&Ms for office use- Assist in procuring permits and scheduling inspections for current projects- Assist in drafting and distributing RFI's and Change Orders- Create and update job books and construction documents for field and office use- Rental equipment coordination: rate checks, procurement, etc.- Subcontractor solicitation and scope management- Quality control inspections as part of project management team- Coordination with other trades for effective project schedulingEstimating:- Lighting, power, and technology take-offs for bids- Quote solicitation for gear and equipment- Assist project managers with any necessary aspect of bid processMiscellaneous:- Assist with company marketing- Collaborate with project team for yearly award submission- General office tasks
