Role Purpose:Key account management of high-profile clients. Analyse energy data and produce relevant cost saving reports for large retail, leisure and manufacturing clients.Main Responsibilities:• Lead the submission of carbon reporting to ensure the clients energy legislation requirements are met whilst maintaining detailed evidence pack for future Environment Agency audits• Liaise with Energy Consultants and clients on energy audits highlighting various potential cost saving opportunities• Provide training and demonstrations of our in-house energy management system for existing, potential new clients and new members of the energy teamKey Achievement:Lead the roll out of a new energy saving report to change employee practices resulting in a total saving of £450,000 over 450 stores for a single client.

Role Purpose:Analyse energy data and produce relevant cost saving reports for clients in various industries such as retail, leisure and manufacturing.Main Responsibilities:• Currently manage and analysis data for over 1500 meters on our in-house energy management system “Insight”• Using the Insight system produce cost, consumption and emission reports to strict monthly deadlines for clients in fields such as multi-site retail, large industrial, leisure and schools• Provide support to the Energy Consultants for all relevant energy legislation such as CRC and ESOS• Project manage new utility connectionsKey Achievement:• Organised the setup of over 1000 meters and relevant reports over a 6-month period.

Role Purpose: To ensure the timely provision of stock across a chain of 50 retail stores nationwide through monitoring of sales and stock levels within each store. Managing the distribution of stock to stores on a priority basis. Main Responsibilities: • Managing a team of warehouse operatives, allocating work in line with goods in and deliveries procedures • Liaising with both national and international suppliers in order to expediate the receipt of stock purchased • Producing and analysing reports on both sales figures and stock levels allowing for informed discussion ,and targeted action to be taken during weekly meetings with company directors • Providing a first point of contact within the head office function for all area managers and company directors. Key Achievements: • Design and delivery of a new in house till system which aided weekly reporting. • Co-ordinated the implementation of a new till system across all stores nationally

Role Purpose: To support the purchasing department ensuring efficient ordering and delivery of component materials for production of customer orders. Main Responsibilities: • Raising purchase orders in excess of £30,000 daily ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained in line with the needs of both the production and sales departments • Producing a daily report for the production and sales departments to identify progress of customer orders • Building strong relationships with national and international suppliers to effectively negotiate delivery of stock purchased, reducing lead times to fulfil production quotas and customer expectations • Providing administrative support to the purchasing function, including the maintenance of an in-house database Key Achievements: • Negotiated with suppliers to reduce overall lead time from 6 to 5 days. • Improved daily stock availability from an average of 70% to over 90%.

Role Purpose: Supporting a team of solicitors to address miner’s respiratory claims through a use of Wills and Probate Law. Maintained a high level of customer service whilst dealing with difficult and sensitive cases. Used company database and liaised with government organisations to ensure each case was dealt with effectively. Worked to tight deadlines to close cases quickly. Main Responsibilities: • Drafting Oaths and Letters of Probate • Contacting the claimants next of kin and local authorities for relevant information to complete claims i.e. name of deceased’s children or siblings • Responsible for up to 30 case files at any one time
