Responsible for designing and implementing a stand alone Procurement & Supply Chain function for BAA Gatwick in preparation for the required sale and separation from BAA by the Competition Commission. Implemented Procurement policies, procedures, systems and tools to enable the cut-over into a single business entity & designed and delivered new Procurement & Supply Chain organisation for the new stand alone business.

Appointed by the COO to build a Procurement organisation from a complete greenfield start-up to control & manage £1.2bn of spend across all media and production activities, a first for ITV.Created and recruited a 22 strong Procurement team covering all media and production including Drama, Factual, Entertainment & Sport across Production, Technology, Facilities, Property, Marketing & HR and Capex.Delivered significant bottom line savings as well as implementing Oracle Procurement systems to ensure ongoing control and management of spend.
