• As Director of Major Gifts, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospective and current major gifts donors.

• The Loaned Executive Program is a temporary part-time assignment at the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County (UWBEC) to assist in their annual fundraising campaign. • In working with their Resource Development Team, I facilitate corporate campaigns to organizations throughout Erie County by raising awareness in the vital role UWBEC plays in the community of providing educational, financial and health & wellness programs to over 40% of the local population. These individuals and households are referenced as ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) that are experiencing financial challenges. • By providing assistance to organization during their corporate campaigns, the UWBEC's campaign can be a success in raising the funds necessary to work towards its mission of bringing people, organizations and resources together to create systemic community change.

• Developed and executed strategies that led to increase of sales from $1M to $7M through achievement of national compliance accreditation, expansion of products and increased brand awareness. This awarded the organization on the Buffalo Business First Fast Track List of Companies for five consecutive years from 2016 through 2020 based on revenue growth.• Consistently experiencing growth of profitability, building market share and value of business.• Grew suite of services through product research and development leading to market expansion across the United States.• Led acquisition for out of market organization which included conducting financial and return on investment analyses, integration of personnel, clients, and vendors totaling $.5M. • Achieved and maintained the Professional Background Screening Association’s National Accreditation for compliance on federal and state level regulations governing the background screening industry.• Oversaw and managed implementation of three software systems which improved operational efficiencies, client/vendor management and third-party software integrations with service providers.• Managed a team of five direct reports across areas of finance, administration, operations, and vendor & client management.
