As a Project Manager for Thomas Builders Inc. I was in charge of the completing new hotel projects from the permitting phase to the certification of occupancy. Managed the day to day operations which included invoicing, billing issues, subcontractor pay application approval, as well as managing the onsite supervisors under my management. included in scope of work was to handle the purchasing of all FFE for the hotel and handle the delivery schedule to not delay or cause any extra expense for material arriving too early. My job also included addressing city officials and state officials to resolve any issue or achieve what needed to be done to keep job moving forward whether that was providing needed paperwork or be on site for mandatory walk thru.
