Responsible for leading a team of four analysts overseeing Winsupply’s EDI platform and associated Multiplatform integrations. The EDI platform processes upwards to 500,000 inbound and outbound business critical documents monthly that are essential to the operation of the ~8 billion dollar Winsupply corporation. Day-to-day responsibilities include management of team assets, communicating development needs to IT, program management, customer facing and resolving challenging concerns from operations, ensuring cross-functional assets and vendors are meeting deliverables for projects requests.

Served in ongoing strategic business development for the Shared Purchasing Solutions department which grew from 5 pilot client companies to more than 65 locations - exceeding goals by 25% yielding a 15x increase of assets under management. Primary modes of market share expansion include individual client relationship development, presentations at peer group meetings, and educational seminars at yearly shareholder and national training meetings.Personally responsible for managing 9-12 client supply house’s inventory, utilizing Datalliance forecasting software. Produced an average increase of 20% above industry standard while maintaining above average fill rates. Improved and managed the on boarding process for all new clients. Responsible for the project management and implementation of new technology. Developed and refine core processes to decrease on boarding times and allow for more efficient asset management. Managed the performance review process for VMI vendors and customers through a collaborative and interdisciplinary vendor scorecard.

Responsible for ongoing supplier relationship management and conflict resolution for over 2000+ vendors including Milwaukee Tools and Johnson Control.Served as a subject matter expert for a wide range of accounts payable actions including, but not limited to payment applications, credit spreads, statement resolution, payment terms and conditions management, etc.Collaborated with other vendor support associates to reduced incidence backlog from 360+ ongoing vendor and internal incidences to under 50 ongoing incidences in a 2-month period.Acted as lead in the AP department’s initiative to reduce long term unresolved invoice and credit payments resulting in a reduction of unresolved payments from several hundred cases to merely two dozen.
